Biking around the lake of Zug1 min read

Biking is one of the common things to do in Switzerland and it’s obviously one of the greatest way to explore the country.

I wanna share with you my last race around the lake of Zug, or actually part of it. Yes, because I started my “bike-journey” in Affoltern am Albis, almost 15km away from the lake of Zug.

That’s my route around the lake and as you can see, it’s really easy. So, everyone who can ride a bike for almost 2 hours, can enjoy this route:

And trust me, if you go for it, the view will definitely deserves the effort of 2 hours on the bike.

I personally think that the east side of the lake is the most beautiful one, considering that you will always bike so close to the lake!
While west side is definitely the richest one in terms of houses 🙂

I suggest you to stop right in the middle of your tour (if you start from Zug) in Arth, where you can enjoy the view of the whole lake in front of you.

The bicycle, the bicycle, surely should always be the vehicle of novelists and poets.    –   cit. Christopher Morely (& me)
